Drywall/Interior Close Up

Job Summary

Responsible for installing wallboards to ceilings or to interior walls of buildings and applying plaster. Smooths out imperfections with trowels and shackle. Applies coats of compound after panels are mounted to walls or ceiling.

Interior Close Up Responsibilities:

Install Drywall
Repair cracks due to shipping etc.…
Mud tape and texture
Paint all repairs, corner to corner if necessary for best match
Minor adjustments of all interior doors
Touch Up door trims throughout
Install base boards shipped loose. Touch up all other base boards throughout
Unwrap all appliances and make ready for use

When finished all countertops need to be wiped down, floors swept throughout.

GENERAL LABORER

Job Summary

Craftsman Homes Development is always hiring dedicated General laborers to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, load and unload frequently heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker.

General Laborer Responsibilities:

Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators, and other skilled labor when necessary.
Load or unload construction materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
Perform site clean-up.

Construction Laborer Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather.
Workers must be punctual and reliable.
