The Solaris / 16723A built by Cavco Goodyear is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom singlewide manufactured home with 1,116 square feet on a 72-foot frame. The owner’s bedroom anchors the left end with a walk-in closet and a bath with a shower, followed by a utility area with washer and dryer space and a kitchen with a long peninsula. The living room fills the middle, and the right end holds two bedrooms on either side of a bath with a tub. This floor plan is part of Cavco Goodyear’s Reserve home line.
